Excellent service this time around. I usually hate going here because of the lack of communication & follow through by the entire service dept. I had an appointment, left my car there for the estimated 2 hours they said it would take to have the oil changed and tires rotated, and when I went back to pick it up, they hadn’t even started on it and wou 2 hours they said it would take to have the oil changed and tires rotated, and when I went back to pick it up, they hadn’t even started on it and wouldn’t have if I hadn’t gone back. I then had to wait almost another two hours. They didn’t even offer me a discount for the inconvenience until I asked for one to keep me from writing an unfavorable review. More
