Lacy was very helpful. Service done n a timely manner. Also asked about getting 3rd rear seat looked at as couldn't get it up. The staff at Access Ford was professional and straight to the point. Nichole the F&I was efficient and helpful. Salesman Terry Harris was knowledgeable and not over bearing to make the deal.
