Ever since buying my 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis LS on Aug 2009; I have returned to Access Ford every 6 months for "The Works" (oil change & tire rotation).Even bought a set of new tires there. On 5/27/2 2009; I have returned to Access Ford every 6 months for "The Works" (oil change & tire rotation).Even bought a set of new tires there. On 5/27/21, I took my 2003 Lincoln Town Car Exc for "the Works"; while the service was very quick and efficient, when I got home and was ready to log-in the info on my Lincoln Town Car log book; I was shocked that all the information on your Invoice # 168777 was for my 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis. On 5/28/21 I returned to Access Ford with my 2004 Toyota Tacoma to have "The Works" done. The service tech info me that it would be a 2-2 1/2 hour wait I waited almost 5 hours for "The Works" to be done. While waiting I talked to Juan about the previous date (5/27/21) mistakes on Invoice # 168777, and he made me a corrected Invoice# 168836 with all the correct information for my 2003 Lincoln Town Car Ecx. As I stated above; I have always gone to Access Ford (almost 40 miles round trip from my residence) twice a year since 2009. I might have to start going to Sames Ford, LESS THAN 2 MILES FROM MY RESIDENCE, from here on out to get my autos serviced with "The Works". More
Service department has poor communication and has poor customer service. It took 3 hours for an oil change with no updates while I was waiting after I was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. They drained my customer service. It took 3 hours for an oil change with no updates while I was waiting after I was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. They drained my oil without having the replacement oil and I had to wait over 2 hours for them just to go get the oil after they figured out they didn't have it. I will never return to use their service department. More

I have my previous vehicles serviced here for many years. Procedure has changed from the good old days of 15 years ago.
