We have taken our car in twice in a month and the mechanic can’t figure what is wrong with it. Our service advisor was truly amazing and kept us updated as requested. Our check engine light h mechanic can’t figure what is wrong with it. Our service advisor was truly amazing and kept us updated as requested. Our check engine light has came on multiple times and mechanics can’t figure out the root cause unless the computer tells them. They had our car for 4-5 days and drive it over 90 miles. They returned it with 3 miles until empty. More

Every time I come to that dealership there is always some kind of excuse as to why something can’t be done. My lift on a rocky ridge was supposed to be tightened and I was told it had to come out of my pocke kind of excuse as to why something can’t be done. My lift on a rocky ridge was supposed to be tightened and I was told it had to come out of my pocket cause I didn’t buy it from that dealership. Why can’t the service manager call the other dealership and speak with the service manager to get the issue resolved? Customer service is terrible and has been for years. I’d never buy a vehicle from access ford period. More
