During our interactions over several days, he had always been helpful, friendly and patient. Being an immigrant, I was afraid of asking too many questions, but Chris put me at ease. Despite my accent, he listened carefully and patiently what I had to say and encouraged me to ask my questions away. Chris is very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He answered every question I had, even pointing out other good options that I had not thought of. He always answered my emails promptly; sometimes he even answered my emails late at night, addressing my concerns. He laid out what my options were and let me decide. I appreciate very much that he didn’t pressure me into buying some options that I did not want, which was typical in my past car-purchasing experiences in other dealerships.
