They were so good I bought two trucks from them I had a wonderful truck buying experience from Acton Toyota. My salesperson, Maryanne Shannon, was excellent. I initially purchased a 2014 Tacoma fr I had a wonderful truck buying experience from Acton Toyota. My salesperson, Maryanne Shannon, was excellent. I initially purchased a 2014 Tacoma from Maryanne during the summer of 2014. The logistics of delivery were complicated because I was trading in an old truck and I needed to transfer the Vermont plates to the new truck. Maryanne was able to register the new truck in Vermont and transfer the VT plates. All I had to do was pick it up at the dealership. Deal done! Great price & great customer service. I have since been in for the 5,000 mile checkup and dealing with the service department was as easy as buying the truck. In fact, I was so impressed that two months later I purchased a 2015 Tacoma from Maryanne. I can highly recommend Acton Toyota & Maryanne Shannon More

Superb Our first dealings with Shawn were thru the internet. I listed the 2 specific cars we were interested in and sent the email. I didn't hear anything for a couple days, so I called. Turns out he had answered, but the email address they had on file was my daughter's college email from about 8 yrs ago! (That was the last time we bought a car there). Anyway, they apologized profusely, and we set up a time for a visit. He had the car ready for us, handed us the keys and said, "See you when you get back"!!!! Phenomenal, no salesman riding with you, taking you on a pre-determined 5 minute route, and talking the whole time!! To shorten the story, we decided on the car and started the negotiations. Shawn gave us an excellent price on both the new car and our trade-in and the deal was done quickly and painlessly. I also want to mention the respectful way we were treated. Typically, car salespeople primarily direct questions and attention to the Man. I made a point, at the start, of saying that this was to be my wife's car, not mine, and Shawn, appropriately, directed most of the attention to her. Bravo. When we picked up the car, it was ready! and properly prepped! I am quite fussy and have a keen eye, and have found over the years, that this is rarely the case. So, again, Bravo. Overall, it was a terrific experience. More

Prior to coming to Acton Toyota I had visited another dealer to test drive the same car I ended up purchasing. It was the typical experience many a female struggles with. When I was not quickly agreeing to the price they wanted to sell the car to me for they went down the it is such a pretty color path. Needless to say my visit did not last much longer. In sharing my experience with a friend he recommended Acton Toyota and specifically Steve. My time with Steve was the complete opposite of what I had just experienced. Steve was very personable, answered all my questions and answered questions I did not know I had. Never once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of.
