I ended up purchasing a 2012 Chevy Equinox - a car I hadn't even thought of originally, but because he really listened to what I was saying, it was a painless and really fun experience. He wasn't too pushy, as some salesmen can be, and he actually ended up selling a second car to my sister, who came along for the ride. When I picked it up, he reviewed all of the important features to be sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle.
