This is my first purchase of a Toyota. I was pleasantly surprised with the look of the new 2014 Corolla. I was trading in my Jeep Wrangler and thinking about a new Corolla. Acton Toyota was very fair with the trade in, and made the choice very simple to get myself in a new car. Not only am I thrilled with my new Corolla S Plus, but also withh the service and help from Stephen Poulin. From the minute myself and my boyfriend met Stephen on the showroom floor, he ws knowledgeable, professional and never pushy. He took the time to see what my needs were and what exactly I was looking in return from a new car. This was truly the most pleasureable experience I have ever had while shopping for a car. We went in Sunday afternoon, test frrove a new Corolla, once I thought I had my mind made up, I decided to test frive the Scion TC. Stephen never once tried to convince me to take/not take the Scion or the Corolla. He let us take the Scion for a test drive, and compare the vehicles. While back in his office discussing the 2 vehicles, he stepped away and let us talk privately about the decision. I can't say how loudly this spoke volumes to me and my boyfriend. Once we decided on the Corolla, Stephen went to get an estimated trade in value for my Jeep. Exactly the number I was looking for. We came back Monday to finalize paperwork and financing. Tuesday night after work Stephen had my new car registered, inspected and waiting for me. Seemless, in 3 days I had a new car.
