This is clearly an institutional policy as I never witnessed anything but professionalism from every person I interacted with. In fact, when I made an error on some paperwork, Denise in the paperwork department worked tirelessly to keep me informed of the progress and to guide me to a correct conclusion. Without her, the deal would never have gotten done as quickly as it did. And I am positive that this would never of happened at other local dealerships. John Bernard introduced himself and was the perfect sales person to allow you to look at different cars and he offered information and details to assist our looking. He is a professional sales person who guided my wife and then me through the process of selecting not one but two cars in one afternoon.
