I went to this dealership to buy a used car. Wanted to buy 1 that day. Looking at a car that they just knock a 1000 off of. I asked to take a nother 500 so the payment would be where I wanted it. He said there was no way he could do it I said fine and left. Went got a good deal on a honda. I drive by the annex all most everyday for work. 2 weeks later the car is knocked down a nother 1000. So now the car sits on the lot for less then I offered. I told someone about this they said ya they mark their used cars up to make a good proffit and that if u see a car wait a month and it will be marked down 2grand. So if ur not in a rush to buy a use car find out how long they had the car before u buy it cuose u can wait a month and get it for couple grand cheeper More

They offered a range of add-ons w/o pressure. The facility is spotless and airy and they had a good selection of suitable models on the lot. I had to wait to see my sales guy since he was so busy closing deals on the last day of the year, but it was worth the wait. More

Stephen was a delight to work with. I am very high maintenance and changed my mind not only as to what color of car I wanted but also what model and he just went with the flow. The only reason I put "good" for the price is that according to Kelly Blue Book my trade in was worth much more but apparently there is some sort of average done between different assessments of worth but other than that I was happy. I would definitely recommend Stephen to friends and family, it was nice not being hit with hidden costs or surprised at the end....no surprises, I knew exactly what I was getting for what I was paying. Keith and Trevor were also delightful to deal with, everyone we came in contact with was very friendly....and the coffee is AWESOME! :) More
