My car buying experience started when I used True Car and Alex contacted me with an email and all the options I was looking for in my new Highlander back in July. Alex then called me in late September and I told him that I would probably make an appt. the end of November. Well on Black Friday I called Alex and told him I would be there shortly. He was very accommodating and he made everything easy while he was juggling myself and another customer at the same time.
