Scott made the car buying process completely pressure free and that isn't something that can be said at the other dealerships I looked at while I was searching. After deciding on a Certified Used Camry, Scott introduced me to Gene to complete the financing on the car. Again, no pressure on any packages. He completely explained each package. Everything was upfront and he was super cool. I'm pumped about my Camry, ecstatic with the service we received, and happy with the whole buying process. A straightforward dealership. They have a strong code of ethics and seem to stick with it. They are clear about price and accessories. They will try to upsell you at the finance desk (clearcoat, extended wa ethics and seem to stick with it. They are clear about price and accessories. It is a great relief working with a dealership that is not trying to pull something over on you. On the downside, the service department has a complicated reward and incentive program. I am one of those people that don't like such programs. I would much rather have a straightforward pricing model with perhaps a simple frequent-user discount. More

I went to Acton Toyota for a used Jeep, and was Pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated. When I arrived I was given the keys and went on a test drive alone and at no time felt any pressure to purchase the vehicle. Bob even went so far as to let me know that i could bring the vehicle in to my wife's work in Boston if I wanted, Just to make sure that this was the right vehicle for my family. I was very impressed with the uncommon level of service received at the used car annex and from Bob. I went to Bob Morans Used Car Annex in Acton looking for a Solid vehicle. I didn't have a lot of money to spend and never felt looked down on.
