Just leased a Highlander with Steve's assistance. We had checked out several other brands and dealerships and by far Steve was the best car salesperson we ran into. I drove to Acton Toyota after leaving Ira Toyota of Tewksbury in complete frustration. I was greeted at the front desk and promptly assigned to Chris Johnson. I told him my story (trading in a 2008 Hig Tewksbury in complete frustration. I was greeted at the front desk and promptly assigned to Chris Johnson. I told him my story (trading in a 2008 Highlander with 150k miles - coming off lease) and my desire to look at a used Venza. He suggetsed that we look at new car leses first, as that might make the most sense, based on the cirteria we spoke about. When the lease numbers did not make sense (he didn't try to SELL me on the lease despite this - NICE JOB) he let me take out the Venza. Realizing the Venza was too small, we wokred together within thier inventory to find me a used Highlander that I could afford, and also LIKE. I now have a 2008 Toyota Highlander Limited that is awesome. I was also helped by Shawnee Wandless and Keith Mobely. All of them stayed after closing to get this deal done with me. I sent them an email the next day with a few requests and they made all of the changes I asked for at no cost. I am very happy with my new truck and this place has a customer for life. Finally a pleasurable experience. Well done Acton Toyota! More
We wanted to get a Prius in Boston but only had a 48-hour time frame to do so. Neil was incredibly responsive, attentive, informative, and flexible, and we were able to pick up our ideal used Prius on the 2n time frame to do so.
