We began looking for a car for our 17 year-old son a few months ago. We stopped by many used car dealerships and even some of the cars on the side of many roads. Prior to coming to Acton Toyota, we only test drove 1 car. After the disappointing start to our car searching experience, we decided to check out your used car inventory. We went online first and had a couple of cars in mind before we got to your lot on 8/12/12. We looked around and browsed all the possible options with Robbie, our son. We had no pressure when we got there. Patrick asked us if we had any questions or needed any help. Still no pressure. We asked about the cars we researched on your website. He set us up with 3 cars to test drive. We took each one for a test drive to see how they handled and how comfortable we all were. We chose the Jeep Liberty(2003) even though it was not one of the original 3 on our list. We got back to the showroom and set up the paperwork to buy the car. Patrick and any other member of the sales team were kind, considerate, professional, and easy going. We went back to the dealership a few days later to set up the financing. This process was also easy. When the car was ready, Patrick checked to see when was the best time for us to pick up the car. He offered to drop it off at our house. After a couple of attempts(on our part) to pick up the car, Patrick called and let us know that it would be dropped off at the house on Friday, 8/17. The whole experience was pleasant, no pressure and one we all enjoyed. We chose Acton Toyota because we were sure the experience would be a good one. We were unaware that it would be a great one! We have 2 new Toyotas purchased at your new lot in 2009. We chose Acton Toyota then because of Bob Moran's reputation. We service our cars there, as well. We could have tried other methods to purchase a car for Robbie, but we would have been frustrated, disappointed and probably ended up with a car we and he may not have liked. It was easy to rate Patrick and the team on our experience for this car purchase as everything was easy from start to finish. We have a 15 year-old daughter who will need a car about a year from now. We will go directly to Acton Toyota for that purchase without the many frustrated searches we went through prior to the purchase of the Jeep. Robbie, our son, is excited about his car. He has tried out all the gadgets and gotten all the settings ready for his first drive in "his" new car today. He waited a while before he prepared for his drivers license and is appreciative of the process of getting a car. I am sure he will remember this experience when it is time for him to purchase a car on his own. You have set the expectation for him that all car dealerships should be like yours. If he forgets where his car was purchased and tries another dealership, I am sure he will not get the high level of service we got for this car. Then we decided he we would like to test drive a Prius he picked one out for us to test drive and walked us through everything to do with that car. He knew the answers to all our questions. They even took care of the registration of the new car no waiting at the RMV they also canceled the registration to the car i was trading in. When I went to pick up the car Scott had it waiting for me out side. He also helped me set up the bluetooth for my phone in the car. I would recommend buying from Scott at Acton Toyota to any one. I know I will be going to go to Action Toyota for future cars and all service even with other Toyota places much closer to me. We also dealed with Gene Gavriluk for setting up the Finance aspect.
