My experience with Acton Toyota was excellent from the start. I met Chris Curley to test drive a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. Chris was friendly, helpful and applied no pressure. When I returned from the test drive and noted a few problems Chris was prompt in noting he'd rather have the truck go to auction than sell it with problems. He had it checked out by service and they replaced a couple U-joints. Chris also noted the rear of the hood was pretty mangled and getting rusty. The body shop did a great job of repairing the hood - it looks brand new. I took the truck over to Littleton myself to get an inspection sticker and was blown away by the organization, personal service, FREE food while waiting, etc... I've already told a bunch of my friends about the great experience I had and have recommended they visit if looking for a new or used car. I will definitely go back and visit both the Acton and Littleton businesses when back in the market for another vehicle. A great experience from start to finish. This is my second purchase from Acton Toyota, my second Camry. I had been checking out the online inventory weekly and when I saw the car that I wanted I went to the live Chat room where they put me in touch with Stephen Poulin. He emailed me, answering my questions and giving me a price quote that I felt was very fair and reasonable. We communicated via email/phone and set up a test drive for later that afternoon. When I arrived at the dealership, Stephen had the car waiting for me to take for a ride. Stephen was patient and professional in dealing with my questions, concerns and indecisiveness in which color to get. I made the purchase that day and Stephen took care of getting all the paperwork set so that the car was ready for pick up in two days. Whether though emails, the phone or in person, Stephen made the process of purchasing a car as stress free as possible. I seldom purchase items online and this was a pretty big purchase but I had done my homework and Stephen was there to answer my questions. I never felt any pressure from Stephen or any of the employees and I felt secure with my decision to purchase the car that day. Acton Toyota is a great dealership, bright, clean and friendly.In the past I have sent colleagues there to purchase their vehicles from Acton too. So, if you are looking for a no-hassle purchase ask for Stephen Poulin, Internet Sales. I love my new blue Camry! More

By far the most cooperative and transparent was this one. Stephen Poulin was my sales guy and he was incredibly responsive, honest and accommodating. I never had to wait more than 30min to get an answer from him if I sent an email or left a voicemail. I would absolutely recommend people to work with him. He is a super nice guy too. Everyone that I spoke to there was also friendly, understanding and sincere. I live in Cambridge, so I really had to drive quite a way to the dealership, but it was totally worth it. I will absolutely get my next new car from them! A++ More

My husband and I were referred to Alex and Acton Toyota by a friend. We found Alex wonderful to work with when purchasing our new Highlander. I thought I would try the dealer to repair my old Toyota 4Runner stuck in 4WD. They said they would diagnose it for 99 dollars and apply it to the repair if I decided to do it there -- Seemed fair. The next 4Runner stuck in 4WD. They said they would diagnose it for 99 dollars and apply it to the repair if I decided to do it there -- Seemed fair. The next morning I got a call saying that there were 4 possible bad sensors and they did not know which one it was and that it would, and it would be another 450 to 500 dollar per switch to find out. Also they would put it in 2WD for the 99 dollars. The problem seems to me that to put in into 2WD they overrode something and they are not very clear as to what? Is this diagnoses? You decide. If you agree, bring your car here. Otherwise view it as a bait-and-switch tactic and stay away. I am sure your local mechanic will do his best and most likely not charge you for anything they can't fix to your satisfaction. To simply brush off a complaint as, "there was no mal-intent," is dishonest, they try to get every penny they can from every vehicle that comes through their service doors. More
