I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the great service. I was really impressed by the complete lack of a hard sell and the personable approach of each and every member of the team. Steve and Norm (the drivers who delivered the car) were GREAT! When we found some moisture in the passenger side headlight, I sent an email to Neil Oleary and he forwarded the information along to the service department. I called and made an appointment and the service staff was incredibly professional. 2 hours later we rolled out with a new passenger side headlight assembly and another reason to smile. As a father of 3 teenage children I know that I'll be looking for quality automobiles in the near future and Acton Toyota of Littleton will certainly be our first stop!!! More
My experience at Acton Toyota used car annex was great!Personally, I am not really comfortable in car dealerships at all, but Neal was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. He was a huge help and I have already refered a couple of my friends to him! He was very professional. Anyone looking to buy a used car should go see Neil. He is honest and upfront without being rude or pushy. He will do his best to get you what you need/want. Steve had us fill out all the paperwork. Really nice guy and walked us through everything we were signing, with clear explination. Again, professional and great sense of humor. More

I am basically thrilled with my 20 Hello, Somehow, I feel that I am not helping myself by submitting this review as it is negative in some respects. I am basically thrilled with my 2007 Prius TE bought in January (internet sales) with 30.5K miles. It is a certified used car. The e-Mail exchanges were pleasant and constructive with Greg but Scott took the hardline (sort of) "take it or leave it" approach which was very uncomfortable. Days after the purchase I read the details re: the Toyota Certified Used Car program and realized that what Scott was suggesting he wouldn't do was covered by the program. I made an appointment with Greg and Scott gave the car a very quick look and agreed to remedy some of my concerns. When I mentioned the TE wheel covers of which 1 was new and 3 were damaged, Scott grudgingly agreed to replace the one which had the most damage. He suggested (again contrary from the internet search that I did) that I take all 4 off as the effect on mileage is (likely true) minimal at best. An appointment was made to do body work and a few other items. As I continued to "replay" the experience, I contacted Toyota (CA) who immediately contacted me and suggested that I see Chuck Bradshaw. This experience was 1st class and Chuck fully agreed to replace the 3 remaining discs. A couple of months later (as we had almost no rainy days that I used the car) I asked Chuck why the wipers were making intermittent (not amount of rain dependent) dragging noises. He told me to stop by anytime and he personally reviewed and replaced what he considered blades that were bad (missed at the certification review). Again, the car is great and I have driven it about 5K while getting 60.7mpg ( no complaints here); however, each time that I clean it ( I am somewhat anal re: keeping nice cars clean!) the remaining scratches and dents are a turnoff which I fully believed were likely covered but Scott appeared to be incentified to not help. Have I been unfair in my appraisal? I really don't think that I have and I will have a neutral opinion of Acton Toyota since Certified Program or not it appears that all isn't reviewed and/or remedied and it is somewhat "buyer beware/catch me if you can". I used us news auto buying program on-line and received emails and phone calls from three dealerships. John Bohr was, by far the most knowledgeable and focused on the information I was looking for. He located the car we wanted, at the price we were interested in. We went to Action Toyota the next day and purchased the car. John was available at the time we agreed upon, the car was ready for us to test drive and our questions were answered. We financed the car and were moved through the process efficiently with coffee/pastry and lunch between meetings. The facility was clean from the coffee area to the cafe to the restrooms. Every person we met with was friendly and professional. More
