I bought my Scion from Acton Toyota six years ago. I have never had a need to go back to the dealership until today. I was in desperate need of my six year old bill of sale and another document in order to r never had a need to go back to the dealership until today. I was in desperate need of my six year old bill of sale and another document in order to register my car in Mass. When I called the dealership and talked Gene he was extremely friendly and helpful not only did he do a computer search for my records but when he couldnt find them he asked another wonderful employee to search archive boxes for me. They found my records from six years ago in a matter of minutes! Unfortunately when I got the registry with my newly acquired documents later that afternoon I was told there was an error so I had to call Gene back. Not only did he help me a second time with the same speed as the first but he still sounded happy to do it. I can not express enough how grateful I am to Gene and the unknown employee that went back into those archived boxes for twice today. They made what was turning out to be a horrible day so much easier for me. Gene and the other employee at Acton Toyota didnt make any money from me today and I will be honest and say that I dont live in the area and Im not sure if I will ever return to Acton Toyota but I would like to tell everyone who is looking for a quality car with quality, genuine people behind it Acton Toyota is the place to go, there is no better choice. When I saw a car that peaked my interest, I finally went for a test drive and loved this used car. Neil was easy to work with and so voila I purchased a used Avalon. When I went to get my sticker, I was even more impressed with the service operation in Littleton at the new location. The customer service was amazing and the comfort level of the environment for the clients is wonderful. They graciously offered me a coupon for breakfast while I was waiting. There was plenty of water, juice, coffee etc. also for their customers, as well as magazines and television. Customer hospitality is so often ignored in today's world. As a graduate of a hotel school, I was most impressed with Acton/Littleton Toyota. Congratulations to the staff and management for their first class service in a timely fashion! More
