I have been a long-time Toyota owner. I had bought my previous Rav4 from this dealership. I decided to trade in my Rav and purchase a Camry. Scott was very helpful in making this happen quickly. I had a great experience purchasing my 2005 Camry Solara from Bob Moran's Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. I felt that the pricing was fair, the trade in value was in line with the Kelley Blue Book value that from Bob Moran's Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. I felt that the pricing was fair, the trade in value was in line with the Kelley Blue Book value that I had researched before I went shopping. I had a no hassle experience buying my car ~ which I would say is a first!! They let me take my time... and when I finally decided to buy the vehicle, they accomodated all of my requests, installing new brake pads, and cleaning the head lights, etc. More

John helped us find the exact car I wanted. The car I wanted had just come out and most dealerships didn't have any on site and were waiting for the next shipments. I drive up to Acton from RI, after speaking to John Bohr via phone and email. This was my second experience with Acton Toyota. In 2004, I purchased a used Toyota 4Runner and my experience at that time was less than pleasurable. When my friend's parents recently purchased two ve 2004, I purchased a used Toyota 4Runner and my experience at that time was less than pleasurable. When my friend's parents recently purchased two vehicles from Acton Toyota and absolutely raved about the experience, I thought I would give them another chance. I went online and started the process of looking at vehicles, specifically trucks and SUVs. I spoke with an online representative. I then called the dealership and spoke with Bill Brewer. He answered a few questions for me and I mentioned I would be down to look around. Upon arrival to the Acton Toyota Used Car Annex, I was greeted by Bill Brewer and he showed me a few vehicles. His personality was unlike any other car sales person I have ever dealt with. He was friendly, but not in a fake kind of way. He seemed to genuinely care about what I was looking for and my budget. I found a vehicle that I liked a lot and after my test drive, I went back in to see Bill. I asked him if we could get a trade in price on my car and started the paperwork process. He came back with a low ball price like any other dealership would do with trade ins. I said, I would not take any less than xx amount and mentioned what I would pay for the truck. He came back from the sales managers office and they had agreed to what I had offered. I was very surprised with how smoothly it went and how they didn't try to nickle and dime my offer to death. The rest of the process went very smoothly. I interacted with the sales manager, Frank and finished the paperwork. No one at the dealership pressured me to buy any warranties, extra accessories, or any other unnecessary offers to take my money. When I came the next day to pick up my new truck, I interacted with a guy named Tomas. He was the one that prepped my vehicle and he assisted with removing the plates from my old car and putting plates on my new truck. He was very helpful and was very friendly. When I came back a few days later do get my inspection done, I was sent over to the main dealership in Littleton and the service department personnel were just as helpful and had such a willingness to help. Even after the sale, they continued to show care. I even received a follow up phone call from Bill. Other dealerships have failed on that part. Overall, my experience with Acton Toyota has been one to write home about. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. They have a HUGE selection of vehicles and the staff is just out of this world. More
I was a reluctant buyer as I hate to make car payments. However, my truck was getting to the point where it was unreliable and costly. The experience of buying a vehicle is one of my least favorite things. I stopped at Acton Toyota after looking them up on the internet. I had heard good things about them and had contacted Tom Downing who sent me a brief introductory note. When I stopped in, I met Tom who showed me the available trucks. There was never any pressure. After discussing what might interest me, Tom was able to put together a price and financing package that was much better than I had seen elsewhere. At the end of the day, I had no reason not to buy. The treated me well on the trade in and had the new truck ready with no fuss. Overall, it was a good experience. Although I am back to making payments, it was a positive exchange. More
I am happy to rate Acton Toyota. I have never had a better experience at a dealer. I was looking for a used car for my 21 year old son and I am extremely happy with Acton Toyota. We basically had a team of three guys who worked with us. Kyle was professional and knowledgeable. I am not an easy person to satisfy. I want quick, professional treatment and got that from Kyle. Kyle admitted he was new, but handled himself like a polished salesman. He took a test drive with my son and made him feel very comfortable. He treated my family to a nice lunch and even joined us. He introduced us to Mr. Moran and we were happy to let him know how great Kyle treated us. Steve treated us like family. My son was buying his first nice car and we wanted him to establish credit on his own. Steve worked very hard to find just the right financing for him. He is now well on his way to establishing his own credit. Steve didn't stop looking for financing until he found what we wanted. Very professional and thorough. Frank, (not sure of his last name) went out of his way to handle an issue we ran into. We live on the Cape, which is a two hour drive to Littleton. We needed to get the paperwork and check to Steve by Thursday in order for our son to pick up his car on Friday. We discovered late Thursday that the package had not been mailed by UPS. In a panic, I called Frank and he reassured me that, even if the package did not arrive on time, he would take a personal check from me, and hold it until the bank check arrived. I told Frank this was my problem, but Frank said he would take care of any issues which resulted from my mistake. I have never had someone do that for me before. Outstanding! Again, overall, I have never had such a great experience buying a car. My son is ecstatic about his car. He had been driving a 1990 Toyota Supra, which was his dream car, but not such a dream to care for. Now, in his 2003 Nissan Z350, he is assured of driving from Cape Cod to Beverly to visit his girlfriend, without being worried about breaking down. I rest easier at night knowing he has such a great dealership to take care of anything that might come up with his car. What a great experience!! We will certainly head to Acton Toyota for our next new car, even if it is a two hour drive. More
