I found the experience at Acton Toyota to be very positive. I did my homework before going online to find a good price for the car I wanted. John Bohr was great to work with because he was up front about all the charges and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want to buy. He saw that I was prepared and didn't want to waste my time. I didn't feel hustled. In fact, I felt respected. Imagine that! Not only did John sell me this car, he also sold me the next one. Nice job! More

In 2007 my wife Norma and I were in the market for a new Toyota Tacoma. I was getting on-line quotes from Acton Toyota and my local dealer. When the final price difference was $600 I asked my local dealer t Toyota Tacoma. I was getting on-line quotes from Acton Toyota and my local dealer. When the final price difference was $600 I asked my local dealer to match. They asked me to get a copy of the quote to present to them so they could match. I would not. We bought the 2007 Tacoma from Acton Toyota. It was a pleasant and professional transaction. When I found myself in the market for a new Toyota Carolla; I knew where to begin my search. Working with Bob and later Steve Augusta, the sales manager who did the paperwork with us, was calm, friendly, and a real pleasure. This was the exact opposite experience we had with the several other dealers we dealt with. No matter how far you need to travel, I would strongly recommend Acton Toyota (the used car annex), and Bob Gaudet in particular. You will be treated fairly and with kindness and respect. We will return there when we need to replace our other car. Great experience. More
Recently purchased a new 2011 Tacoma truck TRD at Acton Toyota. This vehicle purchase experience was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! The facilities were top notch, excellent selection of vehicles, superior customer service and very fair pricing. The thing that impressed me the most was the fact that this dealership and their staff was very upfront and honest about their pricing and how they do business. There were no games like I have experienced at other dealerships. They don't try to sell you accessories you don't need and most importantly, they really listen to you and match you to what you want and not to what they want to sell you. I had gotten a good interest rate for financing and was satisfied but the finance manager went above and beyond by getting an even better rate for me(additional 1/2 point reduction over the life of the loan resulting in additional savings)when I went to pick up my new truck. Outstanding! Then I was told that the extended warranty could be prorated and the balance refunded to me which then allowed me to use that money to purchase an extended warranty which I wanted for the truck. Again, outstanding! It is things like this that can really impress a customer and I certainly was. The truck is exactly what I was looking for and was delivered to me in flawless condition. My father had also purchased a new Toyota at this dealership a couple of years ago and he also had a positive buying experience at this dealership. It is easy to understand how this dealership wins the Dealership of the Year award year after year. I love my new truck and I would not hesitate to recommend Acton Toyota! More
