I was looking for a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and sent an email inquiry to Acton Toyota. I quickly got a response from Tomas Revetria. The next day I stopped in for a test drive and made my purchase. When purchasing the car, all went well. I asked when It was to be ready? I was excited to hear that our Chrysler Seabring was going to be ready the next day. I asked if I could come by with my wife to get was to be ready? I was excited to hear that our Chrysler Seabring was going to be ready the next day. I asked if I could come by with my wife to get it at 4:00p.m. I was told that would be perfect. I was also told at the time of purchase that everything would be done, (registration, repair to the door, plates, inspection etc...) When I arrived our car looked ready except for the door. When I asked about the door he said I would have to take it down the street to the main building to have it repaired as well as have it inspected. Bill Brewer also told me it would not take long. My wife and I asked for direction and he said to stay on the same route and that it was just a short ways away - Several miles later we arrived to a welcoming group. I went to the counter for help and they took my paper work and asked me to sit down at chair number 1. So I sat with my wife and after 20 min I sent my wife home. (35 minutes away) I then waited another 22min and then asked for help. My car was not taken right away making me late for an appointment. after 53 min my car was taken and after a while I was told that my car was REJECTED!!!. NOW I was even more upset than I was from waiting and missing my appointment. I now have a car that I was told I have to bring back. I called Bill and he said to drive it for 150-200 miles and that he was sorry but he would able to work out getting the car from me to do the work . Now it is Monday and I am now taking more time out of my crazy schedule to deal with this. I have never delt with a company that was not prepared for their customer. I have not called YET- But hope someone will call me. My wife and I are considering returning the car due to something wrong with the car and our lack of trust with the company. We want to have a good working relationship with the company we purchase or cars from and the people who will be taking care of our car in the future. ??????????????????? Why was the car not ready at 4:00 when we were told it was going to be ready? Why is it rejected? After sitting for 42 min. I had to get up and get help and realized there was a beautiful sitting area around the corner- with snacks and t.v and magazines???? why was I not told--- It would have made the wait a little bit better. As a new customer I am VERY disapointeed. Brian and Marybeth Beaudoin P.S. I hope the 3 keys that were mentioned at the closing of the sale show up.Although we appreciate Bill having 1 other key made- we were shocked to hear they could not FIND those keys. I will be anxious to hear back from someone. Bill has my contact info. More
I've bought three vehicles from Acton Toyota, two from John Bernard in the past two months. John is outstanding, very responsive and helpful. The dealership is all I go to for service and new cars. All right, I've been buying cars both new and used for many years. I went to the dealership because it was local and had the type of vehicle I had decided upon, namely a Prius. I read reviews, specs and m many years. I went to the dealership because it was local and had the type of vehicle I had decided upon, namely a Prius. I read reviews, specs and more reviews. I even partially read the customer write ups. The one that said something about teaching this business model to others could obviously not be believed. Then I got down to brass tacks. I talked to several dealers. I had to get something for my ten year old 20K mi used car (proverbial driven by a little old lady - relative). I would not have a fleet. Chris Johnson talked me into coming in. The chances of making a deal involving a trade-in were very slim in my estimation. On a scale of 1 to 10 zero was where my expectations were. A private sale was, of course, in the offing. To say the least I was floored. Chris made it happen. He asked me what it would take. I told him. And he made it happen. To this day I still shake my head. Chris, although he is in Sales, has my utmost respect. Thanks again for a job well done. About that teaching of this business model to others, a few days after picking up the car I took it in to get the registration and an inspection sticker. I called ahead. Chris was not there. How dare they give someone a day off. I talked to someone in Service and he told me how many people were there and to come on in. Later in the day when I drove into the Service area there were three individuals there talking and one of them asked what I needed and I told him very briefly. The work was quickly done and Brian Crowley had the same friendly, easy manner and great smile as when I arrived. If I go back there again and find others as nice as Chris and Brian (and there were others) I'll tell the owner Bob Horan but none of you folks. I'll want to keep it a secret. Seriously, enjoy and call me with any questions. More

In the past, I have always dreaded when it's time to go new car shopping, as you worry that you are going to be pressured into a purchase that is less than ideal for you as a buyer. But, Ken Hsu comes across as the rare salesperson who is interested in pleasing the buyer and even looking out for the buyer's interest. I have been very pleased with the vehicle purchase I made there last Nov. 2010, and very impressed with the follow-up routine maintenance offered. They have a top-notch facility that is geared towards meeting customers' needs at each step along the way. I love, love, love my 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser!!! Twelve months of driving it, and the fun has not worn off!!! In fact, I probably like it even better now, if that is possible, than when I drove it off the lot brand new...as I have continued to find little features that make the car so driver-friendly! This 4x4 got me through the "blizzard" last winter, even before the snow plows got out...no problem! What a fun ride!!! : ) More

These guys use internet sales. I would not have bought a car by now if not for the inernet sales team at Toyota Acton in Littleton. Some of the dealerships that "provide a internet presence" were positi a car by now if not for the inernet sales team at Toyota Acton in Littleton. Some of the dealerships that "provide a internet presence" were positively sleezy or at least did not really provide the service: e.g., one certain group of dealerships uniformly refused to quote a hard price and to be specific as to what is included; so I refused to work with them. I am busy... I did much of my analysis from Europe and Asia while on the web. Scott was extremely helpful here. I had/have had a few issues and not all of them resolved. However Acton Toyota is simply the highest integrity and cooperative group of folks which I have worked with while looking for this car. I will come back to them for exactly this reason both for service and future purposes; even if it costs a little more, they will get first cut at my business. More
Ken (the salesperson) was polite, informed, and readily provided information. In addition to being responsive to my questions, Ken volunteered information about the actual vehicle cost. Then he priced the provided information. In addition to being responsive to my questions, Ken volunteered information about the actual vehicle cost. Then he priced the car for me with my trade-in, dealer incentives, and a discount coupon that I had printed from an Internet site. He didn't have to go through a finance officer and dicker about price. During our initial meeting, where I made my purchase decision, Ken showed me around the dealership and introduced me to several key employees. Nice touch. P.S.: I could have gone to a dealer only half as far from my home but didn't. Acton Toyota is worth the extra miles. More
