Simple no pressure transaction. Started with an email, Gregg was quick to respond with very competive quotes, quick follow up with questions and responses. Meeting Shawn in person was a pleasure for he was extremely energetic and obviously passionate about selling cars. All Acton employees I met were smiling and very customer-oriented, even those who made my complimentary lunch upstairs. The cafeteria was a welcoming and satisfying surprise. What a great idea! I have never had a better purchasing experience for any product than I did with Acton Toyota. This dealership is amazing. My Husband and I were looking for a new Camry lease that we could afford. We asked for pricing online, and within MINUTES were contacted by Scott Doherty. Scott was amazing to work with. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process & made everything easy. He gave us a better price than any other dealer we had talked to, without any haggling. The dealership itself is unlike any other we visited. they have a restaraunt inside the dealer, gym and everyone is so friendly. We knew once we got there this is who we wanted to do business with. Scott had the EXACT car we were talking about pulled down when we arrived, and went over every single feature with us. He explained all the features of the car & then let us take it out on our own for a while. We drove for a while & once we got back we finished the deal.
