I have nothing but praise for both their sales and service departments. Every time I go there, I leave with a positive feeling of having been treated with respect. They really understand that their business depends on our money, and they treat their customers very well, yet without any hint of either desperation or pushiness. Just like a great resturant, where the waiters know how to offer just the right amount of attention! Special kudos to Steve Augusta. If he were the model for a "used car salesman", then the sterotyoe would be 100% different than what it is. Steve is truly a professional, a great pleasure to deal with. Bob and the team at Acton Toyota were helpful, without being pushy. Buying a car is a stressful enough process without a pushy salesperson trying to convince you to buy a car you don't want by lowering t being pushy. Overall had a very good exp, buying my truck and the service I received, found the new dealership to be very nice and the people very helpful and friendly.
