So, why would someone from Connecticut buy a car in Massachusetts? When you get the absolutely lowest price (without haggling), unbelievable customer service, and free delivery (and help with registra Massachusetts? I got all that -- and even a box of Girl Scout cookies from Acton. Worked with Scott Doherty who was terrific. He was friendly and up front and very quick to respond. He gave me exactly what I needed and wanted -- with none of that pushiness that most car salesmen engaged in. The price was under dealer invoice and was so good that 4 other dealers told me that if I could get that price, I ought to take it. And all that without any shenanigans. We did come up from CT for a trade-in but they gave me a fair value for it and overall, it was quick and pressure-free. Treated me like a valued customer. Oh, and did I mention the free meal with their restaurant inside? Then they delivered to car to my local DMV and even waited online FOR ME. They were more prepared than the DMV was. Even switched the license plate onto the new car for me and drove our trade in away. Unbelievable. I will recommend this dealer to ANYONE in the CT, MA, RI, NH, VT area. It is worth the drive. Just get your lowest prices before hand and submit your request via the internet department (which is a separate company from the actual dealer and can provide the lowest prices as an FYI). My only complaint: They gave me lemon Girl Scout cookies instead of Thin Mints. I guess you can't have it all. More
I recently purchased a new 2011 4Runner. Bob Rabb was my sales representative and he was outstanding. My experience with Bob and with Acton Toyota has been superb thus far. Bob's approach is what I would categorize as consultative selling rather than high pressure sales. His casual and very professional approach was the key factor in earning my business. I have an extremely busy schedule and what I appreciated most was that Bob listened to what I wanted, respected my time challenges and delivered on every component that I asked for. To summarize, I was given a good price on the vehicle that I purchased and was quoted a fair value on my trade. I actually have several other Toyota dealers closer to my house but decided to purchase from Bob and Acton Toyota because overall I had a much better experience and the bottom line price was better than the others More
I always have brought my 1999 Avalon, which I purchased from Acton Toyota, to Acton Toyota for service. My experience began with an online quote from Ben Koller for a new Prius. I found Ben to be very responsive and he came back with a very competitive price for the car. The follow up and test drive was done by Ke Hsu, who was equally professional and knowledgeable about the car and all the features. Both Ben and Ken were very helpful and the entire experience was without any sales pressure at all. The financial details and follow up was done by Keith Mobley, and again, the experience was very good. The entire dealership was very positive, and I would highly recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton to anybody that is in the market for a car. The prices are fair, and they treat the customer with respect without the tactics that many dealerships use. More
Firstly, the actual building is amazing.. A very nice touch. I had done much research on the car I wanted and had communicated with the dealership via e-mail. I was skeptical of the 0 down deal. But when I got there it was true. The salesman Gregg McHugh was very jovial and casual (exactly what my wife and I needeD). There wasn't any pressuring and they had plenty of choices. Gregg was able to make us laugh during our visit and by the end of the day we were signing papers. I've never had a better experience buying a car in my life. I encourage ANYONE who is going to buy/lease a Toyota/Scion to stop wasting your time and drive straight to Acton Toyota. The customer service is legendary! More

From the day I bought my car there, I have been impressed with every person, and every interaction I have had at Acton Toyota. It is clear that you all go above and beyond for the customer, more so than I h with every person, and every interaction I have had at Acton Toyota. It is clear that you all go above and beyond for the customer, more so than I have seen at any other car service place, or, in ANY business for that matter. Your customer service is like none other I have ever seen - right on down to the two guys who were working behind the counter making sandwiches at lunch time. Even those two men were very eager to please every customer that I saw come through to them. I was also shocked at the free lunch provided. I didn't even know there was a cafeteria until I was presented with the coupon for a free meal there. I kept waiting for "the catch" in terms of the free meal and was shocked when it was just simply "complimentary." All of this is why I insisted my car be towed TWENTY miles to YOU guys, as opposed to the Toyota dealership two miles from where I was. Thank you! Please don't change what you are doing. More

He answered my questions or quickly found someone who could. I will (and already have) recommend him to anyone car shopping. The 2 gentlemen I worked with in the finance department were outstanding. They were really knowledgeable and helpful in getting my payments lower than i was expecting. They had a bucket of toys in the office for my kids to play with so my wife and I could really understand and feel in control of what we were signing. They explained all of our options clearly and really tried to get us the lowest rates. Acton toyota, as a whole, was remarkable! It felt more like going over a friends house than going to a car dealership. The playroom, the smiling employees, the donuts, the cleanliness and the impeccable customer service made this the most enjoyable car buying experience I could have imagined. Thanks again Tom! More
