I bring my Lexus to this dealership - the Lexus dealer is too far from my house so i looked for alternatives. I walked into the dealership not really planning to buy that day, but to "explore"; While I had test-driven the Venza at another dealership, I was still on the fence as to whether that would be the vehicle that day, but to "explore"; While I had test-driven the Venza at another dealership, I was still on the fence as to whether that would be the vehicle I would settle on (there was a different Brand I also had my eyes on). I initiated contact with Tomas Rivetria online, asking for a quote on a Venza I had seen as being in Acton Toyota's inventory. He was very prompt with a response. When I visited the dealership and met up with Tomas in person, he was professional but low-key (previous dealership was high-pressure). He not only answered any questions I had, he took the time to both explain features of the vehicle itself as well as other perks of a Toyota purchase (for example, 2 yr Toyota care maintenance). Most importantly, we were able to come together on an agreed upon price and that "sealed the deal", as they say. Tomas was also good following up with me post-delivery, letting me know my registration was ready and inviting me to call if any questions had come re the vehicle. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Acton Toyota and thinking about a vehicle purchase. The good service at Acton Toyota of Littleton begins with making the appointment. The on-line service is easy to use and there is always good follow up. When I bring the car in I am greeted right away, checked in and provided with an accurate estimate of how long I will have to wait if I choose to do so. The service person who checks me in will consult with me before hand if something other than the service requested should present itself. I am contacted via my cell phone ( or someone comes to find me ) when the service is complete, usually within the estimated time- or sooner. ( If for any reason the service will go well beyond the estimated time the service rep will inform me asap.) Everyone I have ever dealt with at Acton Toyota is friendly and courteous; questions are answered thoroughly. The facility itself is beautiful, with spacious, comfortable areas to wait. The entire place is immaculately clean. The amenities provided are terrific- from the coffee and donuts to the free breakfast to the wireless hookups to the TV's and magazines. I have not rated the price; the cost of automotive service is high evrywhere and I feel that Acton Toyota is probably comparable to most other service centers. If I pay a little more here than I might at a smaller independent shop it's worth it because of the quality of the work and the overall experience. More

My husband I dealt mostly with Scott online. We were interested in a particular make and model and knew what we wanted. Scott was great to work with and a pleasure to deal with. When we set up a time to go see the car and test drive, he was ready for us and had patience for our 4 year old son we had to have with us that day. He worked along side us and we are so very happy with the transaction. The deal was quick and the paperwork was completed in no time. We were able to have our new car in under 48 hours with a car starter installed. We have had the car for a couple of weeks and we love it. It is amazing. We enjoy just driving in it and it is perfect for our growing family. We strongly recommend visiting Acton Toyota to purchase your new car. All of the sales people seemed kind and were more than willing to help us when we needed it! More
This was my first time at this dealership. I had made my way around to several other Toyota Dealerships as well as Honda Dealerships. I always encountered the same level of "salesman bravado" until I lande way around to several other Toyota Dealerships as well as Honda Dealerships. I always encountered the same level of "salesman bravado" until I landed here. A friend who had bought here recommended the dealership to me. Working with Garret in sales was a pleasurable experience. I laid it on the line and he came back with the dealerships offer, which met all my needs and expectations. They have a unique rewards program where I earn points towards free service or accessories that is awesome. There facilities are unmatched. I received a tour of the service area, cafe, where one receives a complimentary breakfast or lunch when in for service, WIFI, etc. - you name it they have it, which told me that they really care about customers. Don't get me wrong, usually you have to pay through the nose when a dealership offers this level of comfort, not so here. I have owned Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Toyota and a number of other cars and this place beats them all. I got a wonderful car at the price I wanted to pay. Its over 45 minutes from my home but worth the travel. AWESOME PLACE! More
This is the second time in two years that I have purchased a vehicle at Acton Toyota. In both cases, the salesman was Steve Augusta. During my first purchase (July 2008), I thought the experience of buying was absolutely superb. No pressure, no hassles. As a salesman representing Acton Toyota, Steve was exceptional. After the purchase, Steve followed up to insure everything was to my satisfaction. Fast forward to January 2011, when I decided to purchase a 2011 RAV4. Again, Steve was the salesman of choice. I didn't think it possible to surpass the July 2008 experience, however, Steve raised the personal satisfaction bar even higher. Purchasing the RAV4 was the simplest event ever. The vehicle was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Steve was there to answer all my questions. And, he has since followed up. I don't have enough praise for this fine salesman.
