Excellent customer service. Had car ready for me when arrived to test drive, despite heavy snowstorm day before and car only received in trade day or two before. I called Acton Toyota on Monday to see if I could bring the Matrix in for a State Inspection. Michelle, who answered my call, was very helpful and told me I could bring the car in any time and that they c the Matrix in for a State Inspection. There was one car being inspected before me and then I was done. Brian Crowley also helped me with my appointment for Thursday for the Yaris for it's State Inspection and 5,000 maintenance service. Neil Schwartz helped me with the Yaris. I was finished within less than an hour. I cannot say enough about the professional, welcoming atmosphere I have experienced at Action Toyota. The entire staff is wonderful. I trust these people with my cars and will continue to bring my cars to Acton Toyota for future maintenance. More

I brought my Prius in for service at 7am. I was able to have breakfast and get connected to my work email right away. I had minimal down time which made the appointment rather easy. Got a Prius III with the NAV package. Clear, straightforward lease. No games. Jim spent the time to aquaint me with the features and layout of the Prius (versus a Camry Hybrid which I also own straightforward lease. No games. You can tell the owner treats the staff well and it shows through to the customer attention from sales to service. Real nice amenities and WIFI available while waiting. Delivery was next day. Jim programmed the bluetooth for my iTouch and set up my SAT radio stations. I just had to show up and drive away @57 mpg. More
This had been by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased cars from different dealers in the past that seem to be quick to get a car out the door just to make a sale and be do have ever had. I have purchased cars from different dealers in the past that seem to be quick to get a car out the door just to make a sale and be done with you, but here they took the time to make sure it was the car we wanted and could afford and never pushed a car on us which was nice. After having the car for a while we actually recieved a follow up call from Tom Downing (our saleman) to make sure things were going well and that we were happy with the car. We have been back for a few oil changes and can say we are please with the service departement as well. Nice and simple as it should be. I would have no hesitation buying another car here. More
