Almost 20 years in the making to return to a pick up truck after minivans and “bus” like suvs. I took a drive from Reading to look at a Tundra. Scheduled an appointment for Monday at 630pm once I got out of work. I got out of work early so I made a call regarding the truck I wanted to ensure that it was still available and told them I would be dow out of work. Asked to put down a deposit on the truck and said they dont accept deposits. Ok no biggy. Made the 2 hour ride and 20 minutes before I arrived they called me and said that they had sold the truck but they had a different for an additional 7k. No thanks. I'll take my money elsewhere. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
