I was looking for a new 4Runner for awhile.. Tom and I exchange a few emails but prices were out of my range... A few days later.. Scott emailed me asking if I was still interested... I was.. he sent me the price.. and the window sticker.. I had a price in mind at that time and emailed him with it.. Not much haggling.. my price was all I could afford and Tom and Scott made the deal happen.. no pressure... They gave me the tour of the dealership.. very nice place... friendly staff. I bought the 4Runner no Sunday... They had the remote start installed and delivered it Monday afternoon...ready to go... I walked in the front door with a fairly clear idea of what I wanted in terms of the car itself. I did not know about the special finance programs being offered. Travis McCarthy came out and greeted me with a hand shake and a smile. Somehow he put me at ease right away. No high pressure slick sales pitches. Travis just listened and let us work out what was best for us. I am not a car-lover. I don't need to touch and feel everything. Again, how Travis figured that out amazes me. I described in a rough way what we needed. I knew I wanted a Camry without frills but as much power as possible. He described what I had just said and then told me what they had to match it. Everything I hoped for with none of the things I dreaded. Then h went on to tell me about the special offers connected to the sale. It just kept getting better. The dealership did all the heavy lifting with the paperwork - the financing, the registry, the insurance. That alone was worth the price of admission! Thank you Travis More

After hearing an advertisement on WBZ radio, I decided to visit Acton Toyota of Littleton. I was introduced to Scott Vachon. I wanted to test drive a Prius, Scott immediatley found one and we went for a dr visit Acton Toyota of Littleton. I was introduced to Scott Vachon. I wanted to test drive a Prius, Scott immediatley found one and we went for a drive, but I was still unsure. I asked about a Camry. Even though it was late in the evening, Scott ran up the hill and brought the car down to the lot for me to drive. It was the exact car I was looking for. Within 2 days I was driving away with my new car. Everyone at Acton Toyota was so helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott or Acton Toyota to anyone I know. My wife and I decided it was time to trade in our 13 year old Corolla. So, we went on the web to review the reputation of local dealerships. What we discovered was that Acton Toyota was ranked far better tha old Corolla. So, we went on the web to review the reputation of local dealerships. What we discovered was that Acton Toyota was ranked far better than the dealer we had been going to for regular Corolla maintenance. When we walked up to the front door of Acton Toyota a nice young man by the name of Steve Augusta held the door open for us. We told him we were there to look at a new Corolla or perhaps upgrade to a new Camry. After looking at the showroom vehicles we decided to try out a Camry. Steve suggested that while we were taking the Camry for a test drive that he prepare a new Prius for us to test drive when we returned with the Camry. We thought, well ok. The Camry was a joy to drive so when we returned to try out the Prius, we really did not have high expectations. Were we ever wrong.....what a fun car! Anyway, we bought the car. Steve helped us every step of the way so that the purchase process was not at all painful. Even got the registration transferred for us. On one of our trips, a 57 mile trip, we averaged 61.4 MPG. Our first tank of gas yielded 54.94 MPG. This car is a real pleasure to drive. Thanks for having us try it out, Steve. More
