No hassle, no pressure. Just as relaxing as possible, for a new car purchase. John Bernard took lots of time to show me the vehicles and was quite knowledgeable. I started going to Acton Toyota when I heard that they had free breakfast/lunch when you wait for your car. I know it is a silly reason to start going somewhere, but a reason is a reason. Scheduling service is really easy online, the rewards points that they use is a fairly worth-while system and their employees are all very friendly. I typically never have to wait more than an hour for an oil change (plenty of time to eat my breakfast) and check my emails for work (via the free WiFi). I just got my 60,000 mile maintenance done, and the wait was only 2.5 hours, which is nothing for the amount of work that was done! The prices are a little expensive compared to other places, but you do get what you pay for I believe. The fast service and the great employees make the whole experience great. Next time I buy a Toyota, I will probably be purchasing from Acton Toyota. If their sales department is half as nice as their service department, I will be extremely pleased. More
Technical guys are not professional, they can not find the real problem, just keep telling you something need to be replaced. It seems to me that everytime when you visit the service department, they have the real problem, just keep telling you something need to be replaced. I doubt they sometimes intent to create some problems in your car. Very bad dealer service and not honest. More

Acton Toyota is excellent. The service center is clean and comfortable. They provide a wonderful waiting area where I can use their wireless network to work until my repairs are complete. I purchased a used 2006 Lincoln last week at Acton Toyota, and had to visit Acton Lincoln-Mercury for some electronic codes work. The difference between the two dealerships was very striking. The Lincoln dealership was like a "Chinese Fire Drill," and I was very disatisfied. Acton Toyota, on the other hand, was superb. My wife and I have been dealing with them since 1995 purchasing 5 new Toyotas from them. IN BRIEF - WE HAVE BECOME COMPLETELY SPOILED with their Sales & Service departments. I cannot say enough good words for Jim Piazas, Neill Corbett, Randy Irwin, Neil Schwartz, Justin (great mechanic), the valets, all the "little people" and, of course, Mike Hills. Bob Moran has set a very high standard of excellence, and it shows - they treat us the way we would like to be treated. One more thought - on a routine service visit they even advised me of some rust & corrosion on the frame in my 2002 Tacoma, and arranged to have it replaced. I didn't think they could do it, but they did. WOW. More
