I've had unpleasant situations at other dealers (high pressure sales), yet Gregg made the experience a pleasurable one. He was very informative not only about the car, but also about financing and leasing options. Gregg has been very polite and showing great patience with all my questions and concerns. I intend to work with Gregg to make my purchase within a few weeks. Not only am I impressed by Gregg's level of customer service, I'm impressed by the atmosphere at Acton Toyota. Everyone is friendly and accomodating. Must be a great place to work! More
I was shopping for a new car with a lot of bad experiences with other dealers. Than I went to Acton Toyota and was met by Tomas who was very helpful,in explaining all the features of the differ experiences with other dealers. That says a lot when you have a customer travel almost 45 miles to buy a car when there is a dealership less than 10 miles from my home. I still travel for services to Acton beacause of Tomas and your service department's helpfulness. I recently brought a friend in to Acton Toyota to look at two vehicles. She wasn't sure which car she most interested in, the Camry or Corolla. Scott was extremely knowledgable and patient. He explained every feature of each car, explained the differences, and wasn't pushy on making a decision. There's nothing worse than feeling like you're being assaulted by sales guys, and Scott wasn't like that at all. Part of the reason my friend asked me to go with her was because she had had bad experiences before. This was an easy experience and even the negotiation was friendly and didn't feel like a battle. In the end, she got the camry, got a good price on it and had a relaxed, pleasant, and fun expereince, and Scott was a big part of that. Having seen this first hand, not only do i wish i had bought my toyota at Acton and from Scott, but there's no doubt that it will be my first and last stop when i'm looking for my next car. More
There are not enough words to describe the exceptional service I received when I showed up to buy a new car. I was referred to John Bernard by my mechanic who told me John would take care of me and he ce service I received when I showed up to buy a new car. I was referred to John Bernard by my mechanic who told me John would take care of me and he certainly did that. I have not purchased a car since I bought my RAV4 in 1997. I was amazed at how fast the whole transaction took, especially since I showed up without an appointment and John was working with two other customers as well. I got the exact Corolla I wanted at a terrific price and was surprised to be offered so much for my Toyota as a trade in. The Business Manager was also very nice and no one ever pressured me to buy anything additional. It didn't end there. The next day a friend asked if she could buy my car for her son. When I called the dealership the paperwork had already been completed but John and the business manager re-did the paperwork so I could make it happen. I was thrilled that they were so accomodating so I could help out a friend. Two days later I called and asked if I could pick up my new car earlier in the day to avoid having the pay for an additional day for my rental car and again they worked their magic to help me out. I was also introduced to various other employees which I thought was a nice touch. All in all I could not be happier with my car or my enjoyable experience there from beginning to end. John Bernard certainly excels at customer service and is definitly an asset to your organization. Since I have a big mouth and lots of friemds and family you can bet I am telling everyone I know about Acton Toyota and hope to steer others to your door. More
I worked with Scott recently when my family and myself went in to look for a new minivan for our expanding family. My husband and I were not sure whatoptions we wanted but Scott was great going over the o went in to look for a new minivan for our expanding family. He was extreamly patient and kind especially since we had three children with us and at times they were a little difficult. I highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
