Outstanding. In life, communication errors happen and when we showed up to pick up the car, they tought we were coming the next day. But rather than making us come again, they put multiple people on it when we showed up to pick up the car, they tought we were coming the next day. But rather than making us come again, they put multiple people on it asap, and sent us up to their cafe for a free lunch. A cafe in a car dealership? Yes! And the cheeseburger they custom made for me was not McDonnalds - best one I have had in many years. And then the car was done, all repairs as needed and they detailed the inside for us free, using the frequent customer program point as we had requested but, they also gave it a quick wash outside just because. They usually do that. If your dealer does not do that, you should come to Acton Toyota. My last car was a Jeep Grand Cher TSI and I would have to go get it repaired 6 or 7 times and year and I called it my $500 Jeep because every time I took it in, the dealer would say, "bad news, It's going to cost $500 and it (whatever the repair was) is not covered by warranty. The thing that really mattered to me the most was getting it in the color I was looking for. They told me that would not be a problem and boy were they right. They had the color I wanted arrive on their lot just a little while after I had test driven a base model. I ended up purchasing the sport model. I had also shopped around at other dealers as I was comparing the 2011 Honda Pilot with the 2010 Toyota Highlander. I ended up getting the best deal and best car buying experience at Acton Toyota. Brought my car in to have serviced for summer driving, only to discover my rear brakes needed to be replaced. Mr. Moeller explained what was wrong with the brakes. I'm not mechanically inclined but understood his explanation. The car was repaired within a reasonable time while I waited. This is the second Camry I've bought from Acton Toyota and have never had any problems with the dealership. Everyone has always been polite and helpful and I trust the dealership. I am elderly and do little driving so have very little mileage on this car and do not anticipate buying a new car in the near future. More
