He knew I was not immeadiately in the market for a car but was window shopping while my service was being performed. I came here for the 105k service maintenance on my Prius. I got there in the morning after making an appointment online earlier in the week. After being told it would take 2.5 hours for the service, I was g I got there in the morning after making an appointment online earlier in the week. After being told it would take 2.5 hours for the service, I was given a voucher for a meal in their upstairs cafeteria. The cafeteria had plenty of seating, was clean and had decent food. I also appreciated that there was wi-fi available. After waiting only about an hour and a half, I was surprised to hear my car was ready! Checkout was a breeze - after paying at the service staff's desk, I found my car waiting in the front parking lot with the keys in it. Overall I was happy with the experience, especially after having less than satisfactory services at other Toyota dealerships in the area. I feel the service department is trustworthy, and I will definitely bring my car back here for future maintenance. Thanks! More
