I went in this morning for a 5,000 mile service and oil change. It is a breeze to schedule an appointment online. They took care of me as soon as I arrived. I should have written this review much earlier.....I went for a regular oil change for my 2010 Prius in mid-January. Dan Sweeney mentioned that Toyota had recently recommended synthetic oil only for 2010 Pri for a regular oil change for my 2010 Prius in mid-January. Dan Sweeney mentioned that Toyota had recently recommended synthetic oil only for 2010 Prius. I wasn't very happy when he said he wasn't sure if the oil change was required every 10,000 miles(synthetic oil) instead of 5,000 miles(regular oil). A synthetic oil definitely cost much more. But before I reached home, Dan had done the research and had left a message on my home phone confirming that with synthetic oil, we needed to change oil just once every 10,000 miles (although oil maintenance required warning will come on every 5000 miles). This is what I call excellent customer service! Also, I appreciated the free breakfast in their cafe while my car was being serviced. More

This place treats you nice, wide open space, nice atmosphere, we had a complementary lunch. They were real friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The only part I didn't like (which isn't really a clever tactic) the have different people help you find cars vs actually dealing with the money related stuff. This makes it hard to tell who you should be talking to get a better deal. In this case it was ok since the price was already a good deal and the lease deal was very reasonable. But that said, I didn't even get a chance to argue down the price. I will give them the point of earning their money well, the whole act is well played and it all too smooth. It was all too late by the time I realized what had happened. But the deal was still good, so I am still happy. More

This dealership has thus far exceeded all my expectations. I had seen an online ad from Acton Toyota and honestly did not believe it was possible to actually purchase a car for a price advertis expectations. I had seen an online ad from Acton Toyota and honestly did not believe it was possible to actually purchase a car for a price advertised in a newspaper or on the net; over the last few decades with other dealers I had been led to believe those were "dummy" ads and "nobody" ever got those prices. With Acton Toyota - I did!!! I filled out an online application and info request and literally within minutes had a phone call from a sales manager who set up an appointment for me the very next morning with Tom Downing. I arrived early and Tom already had a car waiting for me to test drive. I had originally planned on comparing two different cars but the test drive cemented my interest in the Prius and we adjourned to Tom's office. Tom filled out all the paperwork, I signed it, Tom walked everything through the finance process and got me approved for the advertised lease price while I enjoyed a free lunch and it was done deal on that same Saturday afternoon. Tom arranged for the car to be ready for me Monday after work; that involved the usual prep work, detailing, registration and plates, inspection and fueling and the car was ready for me at 5pm on Monday after I got out of work. Quite a feat for a dealership that sold over 55 cars that weekend! More

Ken Hsu was a joy to work with. When we showed up right after closing time on a Sunday, he still took us out to look at the car we were interested in. There wasn't that much wheeling and dealing, but then again, the price we were given was already very close to what I was aiming for, so there was no need. The people I spoke with were all pretty straight-forward, especially when compared with other dealerships we visited. The service department at Acton Toyota is amazing and it will be tempting to go there for my oil changes even though there is another dealer with a good service department in our town (free breakfast, anyone?). More
