New car purchase. I wanted a corolla manual strippy, cheap as I could get. I found this trim was was not in inventory at any local dealers. Shawn kept me posted almost daily about the progress of my "F status" swap. He personally made sure my vehicle was ready to drive away soon after Acton received the car. The OTD price Shawn gave me was the one I got. He even picked me up at my house and drove me to the dealership AFTER the close. I cannot speak highly enough of the courteous, honorable and straightforward manner with which I was treated by this man. By the way I'm a single female who negotiated the deal mostly by myself. I thought for sure I was going to be pushed around. I'm glad to say I was wrong. More
As I am new to this dealer, the only customer service was to get a tube of touch up paint to match my new truck. Neil promptly got me the paint from the parts department. As for friendly, this is New England, so it did not feel as friendly as a dealer I visited in the Atlanta area reciently, but they are as good as it gets in this part of the USA. Overall, I'd return to this dealer for my next vehicle, their competition is sadly lacking. I did eventually get a good price from Neil, but it is clear that Toyota dictates the price, and options. The "build your truck" Toyota web site is NOT a reflection of what is available. More

POOR, customer relations. Inquired online about an '08 RAV with only 130mi or so. E-mailed because it was exactly what I'm looking for, a low mile, relatively new, and 4 wheel drive. Would fit the bill nicely as a second car for weekend hockey trips around the New England area. Wrote to see if it was a typo, it wasn't, but didn't want to spend 30k on a second car. Asked also about CRV EX-L and dealer demos. No demos and was told to "expect to pay as new the market is hot" and wanted to know where I lived without any response to other used cars. So I responded to the "MASSHOLE" that I'd look in Maine where the market wasn't so hot. "good luck", nice salesmanship. I'll be sure to pass on the wonderful customer service experience I had with others about ActonToyota, rather disappointed at this point. More
I needed a new car and had decided on a Prius because of all the great reviews they had gotten, plus everyone I knew who drove one only had great things to say about them. The only thing I didn't know was if I wanted new or used Prius. I searched dealers across MA and found that Acton Toyota had the largest selection of new and used inventory, so I called up and spoke with Juliana Chaves, from the internet sales team, and made an appointment to come down. She was very friendly and showed me the new 2010 in red (which I had told her was my favorite car color) and then she showed me some used ones that fit a certain set of criteria I was looking for. She went over in full detail what every car offered and how much it would cost me in the end. I was really appreciative that she didn't try to sell me other models or cars out of my price range - I told her what I wanted and she stuck to that, which really took the stress out of the car search. When I made my decision a few days later to get a new 2010 Prius, she asked me how I was planning on picking it up since she knew I was using a rental car. Unfortunately the rental car place would not drop me off or pick the car up at the dealership, so Juliana offered to follow me to the rental place to drop off the rental so that I could get my car. The rental place was a half hour away from the dealership. I was extremely impressed that she would go so far out of her way to help me get my car - that's unheard of! I cannot say enough about how helpful and friendly everyone was at Acton Toyota. Juliana, Keith in finance, and the service team (when I went back for my inspection sticker) answered every question I had with a direct answer and they were all very pleasant. I recommend them without hesitation. More
