The car was serviced with new tires, brakes and other details making it almost like new. I am extremely happy with the car with with my experience with Lionel. I know I very likely could have negotiated a little lower price but, being in sales I know the importance of providing excellent customer service AND making a profit/commission, so I willingly paid the price I did. My only complaints are: I was there 4 1/2 hours total, most of which was while they got the paperwork done for me to sign which was arduous; the finance guy tried to underhandly get me to add some "meat-and-potatoes" protection package - I was in the car business and know these games but unsuspecting buyers may have fallen for the way-overpriced protection package; and when they delivered my car to me in my home state they forgot the passenger side all-weather floormat, but it was promised by the driver they would ship it to me - I hope they will. More

They had a car that fit our criteria and the process was easy. Their warranty is very good. I do wish there had been some kind of extra like a roof rack considering I feel we paid top dollar.
