I was looking to buy a new Camry Hybrid. However, the NY dealerships I was working with all said that there would be a minimum of a 3-6 month waiting period. My brother-in-law who lives in Concord, MA bought 3 cars from Acton Toyota and has always been complimentary about the sales and service staff. I called and first spoke to Seve Augusta in sales. Steve was helpful, knowledgeable and he was not too pushy as I have experienced in other dealerships. He then transferred me to Keith Mobley. Keith is a consumate professional. He helped me to coordinate the paperwork from NY for insurance and financing sometimes faxing things 2-3 times to make sure everything was done right. Every detail was handled by the staff at Acton Toyota. I am so pleased and grateful that I had Keith and Steve on the other end of the phone to handle my daily (sometimes multi-daily) phone calls. My husband and I have dealt with Acton Toyota for about seven years. We have done all our maintainence on our two toyota's at this dealership. Both Ken and Bob have been terrific in their responding to our questions, and going over all the details of this high tech car. We have have been very pleased with this dealership, they gave us a fair trade in, they are friendly, curteous and knowledgeable. The repairs are done with full explanation and a price quote. I have been very pleased with everyone at Acton Toyota and have referred many people over the years. We plan to continue dealing with them even as they move to their new expanded facility. This was the greatest experience I have ever had at a dealership - new or used. Wellington was extremely helpful in giving us the information we needed and not just the information you would expect a sa dealership - new or used. With a young family that is expected to grow in the next couple of years, we were looking for a vehicle that would meet our needs today as well as in the future. Every piece of information he gave us was practical and not as if he was reading from the 'You need to buy a Toyota' playbook. He was honest about all features and packages, so we walked away knowing that we got a great assessment of what we would be getting. Once we knew what we wanted, the next thing was getting a fair price and not having to haggle for it. As an avid reader/user of Consumer Reports, I used their New Car Buying guide to figure out what I should expect to pay. The guide basically tells you at what price your negotiations should start. When we sat down with Wellington, I wasn't sure what to expect. We were extremely pleased to know that the starting price was only $600 above where Consumer Reports said we should start negotiations. Considering the fact that this was within the range we were looking to pay, we were able to close the deal immediately. As I said at the beginning, this is the greatest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and we are looking forward to trading in our other vehicle in the next couple of years. More
