Overall experience very good. We bought a Toyota Sienna AWD LE two weeks ago and are very happy with it so far. I must say though that I did two weeks of intensive research on www.cars.com to find the correct vehicle, whether regular gas or hybrid, whether new or used etc. I finally settled on the Toyota Sienna because we had two factors we had to have, space and awd. The price was very competitive due to the transparency of the market because of the internet. I may have been able to get the price a little lower if I had walked away or spent more time with other dealerships but I believe we got a fair price. This was established by asking for a quote through www.toyota.com. And Acton Toyota responded quickly where others did not. I had to ask twice though for a quote before I would visit the dealership. Initially I got emails back like "how can I be of assistance" but without a quote. Once i made clear I would not deal with them anymore unless they gave me their best quote first they responded with a detailed quote. The rest of the process was very easy and agreeable. If they had responded immediately with the quote per my www.toyota.com request I would have given them all 5's. I can definitely recommend this dealership. More

I don't think I can ever find the perfect words to say about my purchasing experience with Acton Toyota. All the people there are just so nice, and honest, and helpful, and understanding, and everything y about my purchasing experience with Acton Toyota. And when you combine the best price with the best honest customer services, the resolute is by far the best car buying time I have every had!!!!! Comparing from my last Boch Toyota buying experience, it almost bring me to tears. The last time, we went to Boch Toyota. At there, they have held our driver license and will not let us leave until we agree on a price with them. So many times we have said "please, let us think about it, we need to go" They just keep on pushing, and pushing. And after about 7 hours we did buy the car, at a price we thought was fair. Then after we got back, and read the sales papers, we found that they have added $500 to the purchase price without our knowledge (it just said Fee, not idea what fee that was) So, after all that time, and effort we still got cheated. Never again!! This time, we have been looking for a truck for a while. And we have been putting it off because we really don't want to deal with another dealership for 7 hours. We did our homework online, find out what a good price is for the truck, and just started emailing, and calling different dealerships. I will not go down to the dealership unless I know I can get it for the price I want. Almost all the places I have contacted have asked me to come down, and work out a deal, and they all promise me they will give me the best price in town. ONLY Acton Toyota, gives me a honest price over the email. I was speechless. Bob Rabb was the one who helped me. The price he has given me was right on target. I can say I probably will not find a better price anywhere. And the best part was, the whole purchasing process including the financing part, took us less than a hour. The only thing we have to spend time on was to pick out what kind of remote started to get. Everything was just so…. PAINLESS and EASY~ :) Both Bob and Peter Rakauskas (financing) have explained everything to us, every number, every step. I can't say enough good things about them. If you are looking for a Toyota, please give them a try. You will really love it. Now I just hope they will sell every brand of cars out there. I wanted a Certified Used Toyota Tacoma and I found it online at Acton Toyota. Sometimes that is easy part as you have to go through tons of red-tape and sales pitch after sales-pitch filled with false-p online at Acton Toyota. This IS NOT THE CASE at Acton Toyota. I looked around the lot without being harassed that is a new one. I got to initiate the whole process and it was friendly, quick, and no xx at all. I had to check to make sure I was at a dealership. This was my best ever experience (I've bought 4 new cars) but not like this. I walked in knowing what I wanted after some significant "online" research. Jerry wasn't hitting me with the price-tag and sales stuff it was direct to let me grab the keys. After I saw my fill of the vehicle and was blown away it was very low-pressure negotiation in a friendly family atmosphere. Keith was great getting all the financing lined with ease and just as friendly as Jerry and the rest of the folks. Even though it was a used Tacoma (2005) I was treated as if I owned the place before-during-after the sale no matter how small the detail was. The whole process was a breeze and I couldn't be happier with my Tacoma and would gladly go back to Acton Toyota in a heartbeat without any reservation at all. More

Were we in for a surprise. Everyone we dealt with was refreshingly straightforward and pleasant. They answered all our questions and provided all the information we requested. We never felt like someone was trying to take advantage of us or withhold information. They gave us their best price upfront. Their price was very fair, not rock bottom but close enough and the superlative treatment we experienced was well worth the difference. They all work together so you feel like there's a team working for you. Bree and Peter were great. Ben is a star - give that man a medal. At one point in our discussions there was some miscommunication and misunderstanding, but the team never stopped working to earn our business. That's the sign of a dealership that's invested in their customers. We can't imagine going back to the 'old way' of leasing (or buying) a car. We give Acton Toyota our highest recommendation. More

Our search for a new Toyota was done through website search. Only dealer that came through with pricing and options without requiring a trip to the showroom. We went through many dealers in MA and visited many showrooms. This was the most efficient process we have ever found so far. More

I found the sales experience to be low-pressure and easy-going. The salesperson (Bree) was pleasant and responsive. The finance person (Peter) was experienced and pleasant to deal with. They did not push too hard on extra packages, extended warranties, or for service contracts, which I appreciated. I hate high-pressure up-selling. Because I had done the research on the specific car in which I was interested (a Prius) and I had a very good idea of dealer invoice costs and holdback from Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports, I had a pretty good idea of what I should be paying for the car. They initially quoted a higher price than a rival Toyota dealership, but they matched it once I gave them an email quote. The majority of the people in the internet sales group are very young, in their early- to mid-20's. I had dealt with another person for another car who was fairly inexperienced and uniformed. But you go to the internet sales group when you know what you want and what you should pay. Overall, the experience was efficient, low-pressure, and met my price expectations. Just make sure to get multiple quotes from competing dealerships and you should be pleased with the outcome. More
