I had a car accident, and needed a car in a hurry. I contacted several dealers, including ActonToyota.com. The price you are quoted will not change once you visit us. 2) We will provide you with all the information available to make an informed decision. When you have all the facts, your decision becomes an easy one. 3) There will be no surprises. The price quote you receive includes Destination fees and carpeted Toyota floormats. At first, I thought what hassle would I have if I knew what I was looking for, and asked specific questions before I went to the dealer. Well, I was wrong. After several phone conversation and spending hours with another dealer, I put down $1000 as deposit. Two days later, I went in, ready to pick up the car, and sign all the paper work, surprises kicked in. I decided not to buy the car from that dealer, and went to ActonToyota directly. As they promised, I had a very pleasant experince with them. I was also impressed by their efficiency. I went in two hours before their closing of the business day. The next day, they called me and said everything was all set. I drove the car home. What I would like to say here is that, it is not just the money that matters in auto purchasing, but trust with the dealer as well. I certainly highly recommend ActonToyota. More
When I initially decided to look into buying a Toyota truck I did an online search for local Toyota dealers in my local area. Acton was the second and the last place I visited. The salesman my wife and I dealt with was absolutley wonderful. He very quickly set us at ease with his freindly smile and strong handshake. Bill Morrisey, our salsman, made it clear from the very beginning that we were important to him. We never once felt like just another customer. Bill took the time to answer every question we asked with any hesitation. It was very refreshing to find not only a salesman who not only cared about the cars he sold but about the concerns of the customer as well. At no time did my wife and I fell rushed. Bill also took the time give us the pros and cons for us about the Tundra. For my wife and I the Tundra became the only truck of choice. I have to admit I really only visited Acton Toyota to go through the motions of looking at all of the trucks on the market. I never once really expected to be driving a Tundra. I have been a Dodge man for a very long time but after sitting with Bill and Shawnee of Acton Toyota my mind quickly changed and I bought my very first Toyota product, A Tundra. If you're not sure of what you want or you need real information about a Toyota, I strongly suggest you visit Acton Toyota and Scion. I am looking forward to many years in my Tundra and I can't wait until it is time to move out of our family vehicle and into another Acton Toyota vehicle. More
I recently purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Acton Toyota. I searched a lot of different dealers and selected them to purchase from. Bob Rabb is an excellent salesman, there was absolutely no pressure or upselling. He's a good guy and I would highly recommend looking him up if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. As refugees from the Saab and VW world of cars that are fun to drive but cost an arm and a leg to maintain and repair, it is nice to think we now own a vehicle assembled with some regard for quality. After owning GM cars for years, my husband and I decided our next car purchase was going to be a Prius. I initially dealt with Bob Rabb via Internet, and when we arrived at the Internet Sales office, we were really impressed with how quickly Bob put us at ease. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us decide on a Prius that was perfect for us. We couldn't believe the difference from the high pressure sales tactics we found at the other dealers. The icing on the cake was the competitive price and financing Bob and Peter Rakauskas offered. They both made the paperwork process quite painless. We look forward to going back to Acton Toyota when we need to replace our other car. More

Bob immediately puts you at ease and as a result of his great listening skills, it took him no time at all to understand exactly what I was looking for in a new car. The whole process of buying my car from Acton Toyota and working with Bob from start to finish was a very positive experience. I knew before I was ready to even purchase my next car that I wanted to go to Acton Toyota because I had a great experience buying my last car from them, but they exceeded my already high expectations. We worked with the internet department which was great - they gave us an honest and straightforward quote right off the bat and were wonderful to work with. The whole experience was enjoyable for both my husband and me - from test driving the car to even signing the paperwork. They never played any games with us and there was no reason to look elsewhere. They were also very friendly throughout the whole process and I felt like they were always willing to serve - Wellington even offered to stay late when we came to pick up the car in case we didn't get there before they closed, and even had the car warmed up for me when we got there! I will definitely be back for my next car someday and will recommend them to both family and frends. It was a great experience and I LOVE my new Corolla. More

Purchased a 2008 Rav4 L through the internet sales department and dealing with Sales Person Juliana Chaves was painless and actually enjoyable - not the usual "trip to the dentist" buying a car can be. There was no BS and no need to barter; the price was great and the experience was as well. I did find the push for the extended warranty to be a bit excessive and didn't really have the greatest experience the one time I dealt with the service Department, but as for my buying experience, I highly recommend ActonToyota.com. More
