You definitely have to let go of the stereotype of car salesmen when you visit the internet sales department. Honestly, my wife and I were skeptical of how nice and honest Ben Koller was all the way up u salesmen when you visit the internet sales department. We assumed there was a catch somewhere, but there wasn't. There are no hidden fees or other ways they jack up the price. I was shocked the Ben was still answering my questions weeks after the sales had been finalized! In the past I have had trouble getting questions answered before the sale from other dealers. I have bought all 3 of my Toyotas from Acton Toyota -- 2 Camrys and 1 Prius, my current vehicle. Also, all 3 cars have always been serviced at Acton Toyota. The sales staff have been friendly and have given me the best deals of all Toyotal dealers in the area. I was treated with respect each and every time. When I need to buy another car, it will be a Toyota and I will buy it from Acton Toyota. The sales staff have also been helpful, treat me with respect, answer each and every question, schedule appointments promptly, even the same day if needed. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I've never had to take my car back for a problem that wasn't fixed properly the first time. Once my car wouldn't start and I was in a mall parking lot on a Friday night and a sales person who was supposed to be leaving drove over in his own car and was able to fix my car, at no charge to me. To me that it unheard of and goes well beyond what is expected. I highly recommend Acton Toyota for both buying a car and having your car serviced. More

I talked with Jim on the phone, told him the vehicle we wanted and the price we were looking to pay. Price quote came to roughly: Invoice price + $200 - Mfg r this guy. Quoted a great price right over the phone for the vehicles I was looking for. Also, when we changed our mind about the options etc, price change was in accordance to invoice prices published in Edmunds, carpoint.com, carsdirect.com etc. I definitely recommend this dealership. Ben's initial phone response to my internet inquiry was very prompt and proved to be very useful in confirming the vehicle specifications, pricing and availability that I was interested in, which certainly gave Acton Toyota a leg up on its competitors. Ben immediately made me feel comfortable and assured that I would be paying a fair price without having to worry about any of the typical sales xxxxxxoften encountered when purchasing a new automobile. I was specifically impressed that Ben was ready, willing and able to have Ken assist us while he was temporarily unavailable with another customer, rather than stalling or juggling his customers, so that he alone could make the sale. That type of teamwork in commissioned based environments is rare and commendable. If we, or any other customer for that matter, felt that they were not getting the appropriate attention of the salesman, customer's would likely walk out the door and purchase a vehicle from a competitor. Again, this type of team approach is very unique and impressive. Many people that I know hate the experience of buying new cars, mostly due to the lack of trust in the salesman.
