My family and I have bought 5 Toyotas at Acton Toyota of Littleton. We have worked with Alex Wheaton and he has been great to work with and the process has been easy. We have also had all our service done there for many years. This is why my recent service experience with Leo was very disappointing. I have been a loyal customer and earned a few hundred dollars in loyalty credit. At my last visit Leo said that Acton Toyota has decided to do a way with the program and only allowed me to apply $25 of my earned loyalty rewards toward my service of over $1600. I mentioned that this was disappointing to me having been a loyal customer and not honoring what I had earned did not make me feel loyal for future business. I mentioned that I would be looking at new cars down the road and asked him to give the manager my feedback which he agreed. Instead he passed my feedback on to a sales person who proceed to try to sell me another car. I felt like it was a sleazy move and will definately make me think twice about where I buy my next car. More
I bought a two year old Toyota Highlander hybrid. The salesman said to trust him that it was a good car. I wanted a hybrid and did. That was in 2009. He was as good as the first man. I highly recommend both Steve and the Dealership. More

Neil Schwartz is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. He knows all the technical details of the vehicle and how to discuss them so I understand what and why it needs to be repaired. Dealership prices are pretty standard, but I'd rather pay them than risk my vehicle to an independent shop. More
