It also used to take 24 hours before I get a call back for a voice message left. It 's been very frustrating! With Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn, I could always talk to a human being within 3-5 minutes on my 1st call. That's quite a difference. Based on my 1st experience in 2021, it seems like Acton Toyota has solved these communication problems. With the addition of website service appointments and a chat service, which I used on Sunday, I am hoping that these problems are a thing of the past; otherwise, I just use my local service stations in Holden instead. Service was great and you promised 3 hours and it took 2 hr 45 min. Bravo! More
