Sloppy service tech again. I have been a loyal Acura owner for over 30 years and I have taken my Acuras in for dealer service routinely. This initial trip into Columbus Acura was a repeat of the past poor service......greasy finger prints on the main screen......a puddle of oil on my garage floor upon the return from my service ...and a new one.....claiming the tires needed to be rotated...now. I'm done and I won't be back. More
First class service on emergency maintenance need At the end of a 31 day cross country trip and back when a maintenance light went on indicating the need for service on my 2016 Acura MDX. I was over At the end of a 31 day cross country trip and back when a maintenance light went on indicating the need for service on my 2016 Acura MDX. I was over 3 hours from the dealership as the normal business hours were coming to an end, but I was able to contact Todd Skidmore the Service Manager to explain my dilemma of needing to get on the early morning maintenance schedule so I could manage to make it back in time for an important business meeting in Harrisburg PA. Todd told me to get in early in the AM and he would ensure the maintenance work could be completed so I could get back on the road no later than mid-morning. Everything worked out well, the service team was exceptionally professional and customer service oriented. They did quality work without gouging me on my emergent need. Wish I lived in Columbus full time to get this type of hands on service. More
