"Couldn't have been better"

The service provided for my Acura TLX yesterday was outstanding. I couldn't be happier. I was in and out in 45 minutes though told it would be a little over an hour. The waiting area was very pleasant with all the amenities. The people were all very friendly and the price was fair. I was given a report of everything that was checked and a heads up on something that might need service in the future...no surprises. When I got in my car there was a card from the owner asking me to let him know if I had any concerns about my service (I had none). A candy cane was taped to the card. I highly recommend Acura of Columbus.

Ordered the tires with the help of the service technician (at a lower price) Ince they were delivered to the dealer they were installed without issue. Had a nice cold beer across the street at the pint room and got a text when the car was ready to be picked up Thanks Acura

"In and out - Efficient"

Both my wife's TLX and my RDX B1 service lights came on at nearly the same time. So I called and made an appointment for both of our vehicles to be serviced at the same time. We dropped both off, walked to lunch, and 75 minutes later both vehicles were clean and ready for us.
