Thank you for responding. Hoping that I will get a better experience on my next visit in which trust and credibility can be restored. Again, Rayon was great with reassuring me that this will not happen again, and I’m hopeful that this was r relayed to your mechanics. My first service was outstanding. I was just a little disappointed that if it wasn’t for my observation looking at my tires tracks prior to service, I would have left thinking that they were done. Regardless, if the mechanic thinks that they should or should not be done, should have been communicated to the customer.
