From the first moment there you felt at ease, not pressured, and well informed. There was no coaxing, just patience from all the employees. We shopped around a bit, but came back to Pembroke the same day. Everyone there is a breeze to work with, and they made purchasing a car (which we all know is a daunting task) a welcomed experience. Would highly recommend Thalia, Sasha, David, Oliver, and the entire Acura of Pembroke Pines team to anyone - even nationwide! To top it off Gilbert even helped improve our current insurance plan, with the same provider, for a fraction of the cost we were already paying! Top notch service, experience, and dealer team. Thalia approach is to listen to the customer and not try to oversell. Instead it is to answer questions and be realistic with what the customer wants. She's great.
