Initially I was satisfied with the customer service. I purchased a pre own vehicle and there was two small scratches to front and rear bumper. So I asked for them to be removed, which they were removed. I purchased a pre own vehicle and there was two small scratches to front and rear bumper. So I asked for them to be removed, which they were removed. But I was told I would be notified by Wednesday on the status of the vehicle. Mind you I purchased the vehicle the Friday prior. Wednesday came around I didn’t hear anything so I called to follow-up. Was told it was certified and awaiting to get painted at body shop and someone would call me. Saturday came around so now it’s an entire week I haven’t heard anything. So I decided to call and got the run around my sales rep Thalia kept telling me she’s busy selling cars to customers and she will get to me when she can. Escalated the issue to Scott, he said he would find out what’s going on. Two hours later nothing so I called back sales woman Thalia again told me she will check if the vehicle is ready. Still nothing so I called back and finally she told me the car is ready. Now keep in mind the dealership gave me a loaner. But I was told my cat would be ready that Wednesday so I’m anticipating getting my new car since I did not take it home since I purchased. Acura I very good products… but personally I would NEVER purchase from Acura Pembroke Pines again. The staff is not welcoming they just look at you like you’re weird or something. More
