FANTASTIC! The manager is great, Alberto is great, Rodney was great. Everybody is patient and did not judge me like a book by its cover as a young guy coming in to spend a big price on a car which I felt nic was great. I scheduled an appointment online only to discover when dropping off my car that my service rep was on vacation. I was referred to another rep. For a B1 service and a squeaking sound when I break. . I waited 3.5 hrs and received my car with a concern that had not been addressed. The problem still exist. I was told to schedule another appointment to identify and resolve the problem with the break sound. Another 3 hrs.? More
