The dealership is clean. Connecting by phone with the sales team while my rep is out of town team was challenging. When I went into the dealership to pick up the car, it was not ready even though I t sales team while my rep is out of town team was challenging. When I went into the dealership to pick up the car, it was not ready even though I told one of the salespeople I would be in the following morning to get the car. The exterior was dirty and needed washing, and there was no gas in the car. Now today the tire pressure was low which means it was not checked. Also, they did not offer to pair my phone to the car, I had to figure that out myself, no explanation of anything was given. My sales contact was out of town and it was left for other people to help me. I had a terrible experience when it came time to pick up my car. More
