Total lack of communication form service advisor. I dropped off the car on Thursday for oil change and check on brakes & squeaking passenger window (car had 6,201 miles). I had to call late in the afternoon and was told that the front brake pads needed to be replaced and front disc brakes needed to be resurfaced plus a relay needed to be installed on the passenger window. He said his supervisor was going to look into it and if approved they would order the parts. No call from advisor, on Monday afternoon I had to call for status. He told me the parts were ordered and would be in on Tuesday, told me car would be ready either Tuesday or Wednesday. Then no call from advisor, I had to call on Thursday where he then told me part was not in, that car would be ready Friday or Saturday. On Saturday I finally get a call, (do not think it was my advisor Andres), who called and left a message at 4:30pm that the car was ready, and that they would be open on Monday at 8am. They called so late that I had no opportunity to pick the car up on Saturday as they were already closed. Service advisor never took the time to ever call me and keep me informed of what was happening, why a car with only 6,000 miles would need the brake discs resurfaced. I also noticed that when I picked-up the car it had 6,237 miles in it. Is it normal for the car to be driven 30 miles? This is the 1st time I drop of my car for service and I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication. More
