He turned a negative experience into a positive. Another Acura location south miami patched my tire instead of replacing and left me stranded 30 days after. Jeanmarie Louis took care of immediately. I’m on my 7th Acura so these folks are like visiting family every time I’m there. I feel very appreciated and well taken care of. I went to see a vehicle that I saw on the website. I took my car for trade , but then they took it to service and said the car showed an electrical problem that would cost 2000 dollars because it was a BMW p my car for trade , but then they took it to service and said the car showed an electrical problem that would cost 2000 dollars because it was a BMW part and all they could give me was 1000.00. I took my car to carmax the week before and had it appraised for 3000.00 . As soon I left the dealership they put my car for sale. A week later I went to the dealership for service and I see my former car, as I was talking to a service advisor, they told me that BMW are sent to BMW for repair. Never since my purchase my former car was moved out of the lot, this made me feel I was lied about an electrical problem, they just didn’t want to give me the 3000 carmax was giving me and scared me about the car More
