Acura o Pemb Pines has the vehcle we wanted to test drive. The only reason we even went to Toyota of Hollywood was because our previous experience with our Avalon and the Service Department over at ToH. Were it not for our service advisor, Brian Singletary, we would have been looking at some other vehicle. We have stayed with the Toyota brand primarily because of Brian and Mitch, our service tech and you can bet that I will continue to use ToH for service More
Recall appointment I scheduled an appt with Neville on a Saturday to have an item that was recalled fixed. Upon arriving, it was very busy and Neville was with another c I scheduled an appt with Neville on a Saturday to have an item that was recalled fixed. Upon arriving, it was very busy and Neville was with another customer. Instead of waiting, I approached the office next to Neville and spoke to Jean. I explained that I am there for a recall only and if he can help me because Neville is busy.. Jean took care of me 100%! The wait was minimal and Jean made sure I was in and out in a timely manner. Jean made the dreaded trip to service the car fast and easy. I would recommend him highly. More
